ok so fro a single point hit the reaction seems a bit over the top to me. i’ve seen some players tho who get stoked over even tiny wins. and honestly…that’s not a bad thing either. i see way more players who, even if they’re doing fine or crushing it, still barely crack a smile. and maybe the whole “war” mentality gets to them too, which, lets be real, can be kinda toxic at the table for everyone player and dealer. gambling’s supposed to be entertainment. yeah it’s cool if you make money, but if someone sits down thinking they’ll only have fun if they win big? they’re probably not gonna have fun. i don’t really vibe with players like that cause usually they bring the mood down even when they win, ’cause they might still be salty about some big loss from before, ’cause war isn’t exactly fun, ’cause maybe they never set a win goal and just wanna see how long before they “give it all back to the casino.”
not that going wild over a small win is much better, and obvi craps etiquette says don’t celebrate darkside bets when the PSO happens…but a win’s still a win.
