I had a weird time at the Cosmopolitan this weekend. I was shooting craps in the evening. I had a table to myself, which was nice. I was doing okay, not winning big. The suited guy at the table started complaining. He said my dice weren’t tumbling enough. He kept stopping the game to tell me this between rolls. My throws were hitting the back wall every time. He actually told me he didn’t care if I hit the wall, the dice just needed to tumble more. I’ve played for years and never heard that nonsense before.
When I was done, I went to cash out. I saw he forgot to mark one of my numbers for the all-tall bonus. That was the 8. So he shorted me. I tried to get him to check, but he wouldn’t. It was a bizarre experience. My advice? If you see Harry managing a table, get the hell out.
