Can Counting Cards Work in Spanish 21 Blackjack?

So, does card counting even work in other games like Spanish 21? I mean, I know it's a thing in blackjack, but what about this one? Probably not enough to give you an edge, or else we'd all be hearing about it, right? But maybe it can at least help you lower the house edge a bit.

The game already has such a low house edge, any tweaks to your play would be minimal. I saw a book on Amazon that supposedly has a card count system for Spanish 21 don't remember the title, though. I really couldn't tell you more than that, I don't even recall the title. I'm sure there's a system out there somewhere... but along with the carnival like aspects of the game and the inability to card count efficiently the house has you right where they want you. I love playing the game... have played it many times... but 'Im an overall loser on the whole. Would be great if you find a system.
