For me, the limit isn’t about a number—it’s when you stop having fun. If you’re stressing over bye weeks instead of enjoying the chaos, you’ve hit max capacity. Money leagues demand focus, so maybe cap those at one or two. Free leagues? Go wild, but don’t let it feel like a second job.

I was in, like, 35 dynasty leagues last year, which, let’s be real, is way too many. This offseason, I cut it down to 20. Still probably too many, but hey, at least I’m trying, right?

I play 5 7 leagues each season. Focus emotions on leagues with higher buy ins. The rest are extra.

Last year, I made 4 finals and won 2 out of 6 leagues.

The year before, I won 3 out of 5.

The good thing about multiple leagues? A few injuries won’t ruin your season.

I put my heart into the main leagues I care about, but all leagues get the same attention for waivers, trades, etc.

For the past two years, I’ve been juggling 11 classes 7 paid and 4 free. Honestly, it’s been a lot to keep up with. This year, I’m thinking of scaling it back to 6 classes, with 4 paid and 2 free. And honestly, that sounds like a breath of fresh air. Get the hell out of those extra classes if they’re burning you out!

Honestly, at some point you’re kinda rooting for EVERYONE in the league to score, lol. Unless you draft similar teams in all your leagues, which I honestly hate doing because if someone gets hurt, you’re screwed in multiple leagues. So I like to mix up my strategies from league to league!! I’d say 3 4 leagues is the sweet spot, you know?

So, I was playing in 8th grade last year, and man, we made the playoffs every year except one can you believe that? 🤯 Even won the championship in 6th grade, which was such a rush! Just moved to a new place recently, and I’m still getting used to the new area. I’m guessing I’ll end up in a couple more with my new friends and coworkers. Good luck with your season!
