How many fantasy leagues is too many? Currently at 6, thinking of adding a 7th.

I am currently in 11 fantasy leagues, distributed across ESPN, Sleeper, and Yahoo. If you can effectively manage all platforms, you can participate in as many leagues as you choose.

I have found over 50 leagues to be too many for me.
